Around Town

A new, positive article about Snaps the ‘pitbull’ who was used as a weapon by his teenage owner in SeaTac.

I along with many others understand that for many different valid reasons not every animal is able to be saved.

But Snaps is one dog that,  through no fault of his own,  was abused and used as a weapon and found himself on the wrong side of the law.    Kudos to all the humans who spoke up for a helpless animal who could not speak up for himself.

Thank goodness for the Olympic Animal Sanctuary and the Director, Steve.   (I’ll be sending them a donation in Snaps’ name.)

I hope the girl who abused Snaps will receive and benefit from help also while she is serving her sentence.

And last but by no means least, I hope the two women who were injured while trying to be good samaritans make a full and painless recovery from their attacks.
